7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We want you to build with complete confidence. Every hardware module, microcontroller, and PC component dispatched from Unik Systems is covered by our dedicated 7-day replacement protocol.
Report any genuine dead-on-arrival (DOA) or courier-damaged component within 7 calendar days of delivery for prompt replacement.
Upon RMA video authorization, our logistics partner (BlueDart / Delhivery) schedules doorstep reverse pickup directly from your pincode.
Every component is sourced from authorized distributors with original factory silicon and anti-static moisture barrier packaging.
1. Scope of 7-Day Replacement
To ensure genuine makers, research laboratories, and engineering teams receive flawless hardware, Unik Systems provides free replacements for items arriving in the following conditions:
- Verified Transit Damage: Severe external crushing, torn parcels, or punctured components verified against the continuous unboxing video.
- Genuine Silicon DOA (Dead on Arrival): Unit fails to power on under rated regulated DC voltages before any soldering or breadboard modification.
- Invoiced SKU Mismatch: Physical part number or variant sent differs from the confirmed purchase order invoice.
2. Mandatory Continuous Uncut 360° Unboxing Video
Because delicate microcontrollers, ICs, and GPU graphics cards can be compromised by static discharge, miswiring, or courier tampering, every replacement or missing-item claim strictly requires an unedited, continuous 360° unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.
3. Strict Technical Exclusions & Non-Returnable Scenarios
Semiconductors and electronic modules are sensitive to electrical over-stress. Under no circumstances will returns, replacements, or refunds be granted for:
ICs showing blackened silicon, blown bonding wires, scorched copper traces, shorted FETs, or reverse polarity connection marks. All returned units undergo lab microscope bench testing.
Any module that has been soldered, desoldered, had header pins bent, trimmed, or coated in resin flux is considered permanently accepted by the buyer.
Bricked microcontrollers caused by corrupted flash tools, blown OTP e-fuses, or unofficial third-party binaries are classified as software misconfiguration and exempt from warranty.
Serial barcodes and batch lot numbers that do not match the high-resolution packing camera footage recorded at our Pune dispatch conveyor.
