DS3231 RTC Memory Module Precise Real Time Clock I2C-AT24C32
[Clock Module] The DS3231 RTC Real Time Clock Module is a precision timing module designed to provide accurate date and time information even when the main system power is unavailable. It features the highly accurate DS3231 RTC IC along with an onboard AT24C32 EEPROM memory chip for storing user data. In addition, the module includes a built-in temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO), which significantly improves timekeeping accuracy compared to conventional RTC modules. As a result, it offers excellent long-term stability with minimal drift. Because of its battery backup capability, the RTC continues to maintain accurate time and calendar information during power outages. Furthermore, the module automatically manages switching between the main power source and backup battery. The onboard AT24C32 EEPROM provides non-volatile storage for user settings, calibration values, and project data. Moreover, the module communicates through the standard I2C interface, making integration simple with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32, NodeMCU, and other microcontroller platforms.
