Made from flame-retardant ABS+PC material, it provides a strong and stable structure while allowing air circulation around the cells. The holder features interlocking slots on the edges, allowing multiple spacers to be joined together to create different battery-pack sizes and configurations. Multiple spacers can be connected through the slots provided around the edges to create larger battery-pack configurations. For a complete battery pack: Cell → Spacer → Nickel Strip Welding → Additional Spacers → Battery Pack For mechanical support, spacers can be positioned at the top and bottom of the cells. Important: For each individual battery cell, 2 spacers are recommended—one at the top and one at the bottom. 💡 Advantages Simple Assembly: Easy to arrange cylindrical cells. Use a suitable BMS/protection system for the completed lithium battery pack. Battery cells should be properly matched before assembling a multi-cell pack. 2 spacers are recommended per individual cell, one on each end.
