[Current Sensor] ACS712 – 30A Range Current Sensor Module Current Sensor Chip ACS712 Sensitivity 100mV/A Measure Current Range -30 ~ +30 A Operating Voltage (V) 4.5 ~ 5.5V DC This ACS712 Current Sensor Module can accurately detect AC or DC Current in the range of -30A to 30A. It consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. When current flows through this copper conduction path, it generates a magnetic field by which the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage. Monitoring, sensing, and controlling the flow of current plays a very important role in many industries and also has many applications in most of the appliances like battery charges, digital watt meters, programmable current sources, etc.
